The College is committed to providing equal access to all of its programs
and facilities. In the event that access to an existing facility is
limited, alternative arrangements can be made. Similarly, if access
is not available to an off-campus college activity, whether academic
or co-curricular, a reasonable accommodation can be made to provide
the same benefit.
It is advisable that new students arrange to take a campus accessibility
tour as soon as they are admitted to determine any specific needs with
regard to College facilities or residence halls.
Requests for special transportation to a planned event should be made
at least one week in advance.
The Facilities Services staff clears central campus paths of snow
and ice, but students needing special assistance during inclement weather
may contact Campus Security at 719-389-6707 regarding specific needs
or requests.
