The Colket Student Learning Center
at Colorado College offers students the resources they need to succeed academically. Because of the intensity, pace, and intellectual rigor of the Block Plan, the Colket Center was established in 2002 to provide support programs that offer resources to students across the disciplines. These programs include the college's Writing and Quantitative Reasoning Centers. A learning consultant is available to help students who have confirmed or suspected learning disabilities adjust to college expectations and to address learning differences. The center houses a collection of reference material, available for check out, that helps students sharpen study skills and identify learning styles. The Colket Student Learning Center
was established by a generous gift from Ruth M. and Tristram C. Colket, Jr., parents of Carolyn Cullen '91. It is located in the new Learning Commons in Tutt Library.
