The total compensation program Colorado College offers is
based on a balance of our mission, employee performance and contributions
to our goals, and economic realities. The College considers a number of
factors including overall organizational effectiveness, our need to
attract/retain qualified and talented employees, as well as our financial
position and ability to maintain competitive tuition rates. It is the
College's intent to compensate employees at a comparable rate for similar
jobs in our industry and labor market consistent with the economic
conditions of the College. Our salary ranges are periodically assesed in
order to try to remain competitive with our identified market. Salary
increases are not automatic and are awarded only when merited.
