Pay Information:
This section contains various information about your paycheck, including your pay stubs, earnings history, and deductions history. The menu looks like this, simply click on one of the categories to view information about it:

Pay Stub:
You can view all of your pay stubs online (starting from the switch to the new Banner system in January of 2004) in this section. First, you'll need to select a year you'd like to display.

It will then display a list of pay stubs, displaying basic information including date of pay stub, pay period, gross pay, and net pay.
You can then click on any of the linked Pay Stub dates to view the detailed information of the paystub.

Earnings History:
In the Earnings History section, you can view your total gross pay and total hours over a period of time you select. Want to know how much you made from January 2004 - March 2004?
It's as simple as selecting the dates and hitting "Display!"

You can also click an earning type to see a more detailed display of how the pay and hours were distributed month by month.

Deductions History:
This section will give you details about your deductions over whatever time period you choose (it works much like Earnings History). It will also split the information into employee and employer contributions. Want to know how much was deducted from your check between January 2004 - March 2004?
It's as simple as selecting the dates and hitting "Display!"

You can also click any of the listed deductions to see more details, split up by month.

Leave Balances:
This section allows you to view your current sick and vacation leave balances, as well as how much has been earned and taken by month.
*Note: the "Banked" and "Date Available" column only apply if you have been an employee at the college for less than 3 months.
You can also click on a type of leave to view more detailed information about your leave accrual and how much leave you've taken, listed by Pay Period.

Benefits and Deductions:
This section includes detailed information about your benefits and deductions at the college. You can view any retirement plans you've set up, your health benefits, your flexible spending account, your benefit statement, and other miscellaneous benefits that don't fall into any of the previous categories (such as child care). The menu looks like this - simply click on any of the categories to view more information:

Retirement Plans:
Click on this section to view information about your Retirement Plan. You can click on the Vendor Web Site link to gain additional information about your personal retirement plan from TIAA-CREF.
*Note: You can ignore the "Add a new Benefit" button at the bottom of the window - the system is not currently set up to do this.

Health Benefits
Click on this section to view detailed information about your Health benefits (including Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, and Vision). You'll notice that it displays the title for each benefit along with stating whether that particular deduction occurs pre-tax or post-tax.
*Note: You can ignore the "Add a new Benefit" button at the bottom of the window - the system is not currently set up to do this.

Click on this section to view detailed information about your Flexible Spending Accounts.

Miscellaneous Benefits:
Click on this section to view information about your miscellaneous benefits such as Basic Accidental Death and Dismemberment, Employee Assistance Program and Standard Long Term Disability.

Benefit Statement:
Click on this section to view information about your benefit deductions in a statement form. To do so, select a date for which you would like to view your statement and click "Select."

Select this section to view information about your tax documents. Currently, only your W4 filing status is viewable.

This section displays a summary of your W-4 filing status.

This section displays your jobs at CC including the dates you began and ended those jobs.
You can click on the linked Job Title for more detailed information.
