Custodial Services Goal and Mission Statement

The goal of the CC Custodial Department is to provide students, faculty, staff and visitors with the best possible environment in which to work, study, live and visit. Our operation has been built by assigning specific cleaning functions and frequencies by type of space. Our dedicated campus staff provides upkeep of college buildings in Residential Life, Auxiliary and Academic areas.

Rapid Response Center

Please contact our department #6357 for any immediate needs during the hours of 8:00am - 4:30pm. After Hour Emergencies - Contact 499-5926. Work Orders include carpet cleaning, floor scrubbing, stripping / refinishing, lamp changing under 10 ft. (over 10ft. please submit a work order to Facilities Services) and window cleaning.

Project Requests

For project work (e.g., Carpet Cleaning, Floor Scrubbing, Stripping and Refinishing) beyond ordinary daily custodial services please submit a work order through the Submit Work Order Request link.
