Change to asbestos incident reporting for El Paso County (EPCDPHE, CDPHE)

For the time being (fiscal 2004, at least), asbestos fiber release episodes and other asbestos-related incidents in El Paso County need to be reported to Steve Fine at Colorado Department of Public Health & Environment (CDPHE) Air Quality Control Division, 303-692-3164.
