Description

"The Tree of Life" is a 2011 American fantasy experimental drama directed by Terrence Malick. It depicts the memories of middle-aged man's life in 1950's Texas, juxtaposed against a narrative background of the cycle of life in the universe. A big-budget Hollywood experimentation with spirituality and winner of the Palm D'Or at the 2011 Cannes Film Festival, this is a "must-see" cinematic experience.
