Description

The Economics and Business Department welcomes Charles "Chuck" Howe, Professor Emeritus, Department of Economics Faculty Research Associate, Institute of Behavioral Science University of Colorado-Boulder to present the next talk in the 2013-14 Seminar Series of lectures. Howe received his PhD from Stanford. His research interest include water resources planning and management, water law and economic efficiency, water markets, and the role of water and natural resources in economic development. His talk: “Reconciling Water Law and Economic Efficiency in Colorado Water Administration” is free and open to the public. Meet in Palmer Hall room 121 at 3pm. Refreshments will be served.
