Join Sarah Bender, Sensei, and Andrew Palmer, Sensei, from 9-11AM in the Side Chapel of Shove Memorial Chapel for this workshop. We'll begin with basic meditation instruction, followed by exploration of our Zen Koan Tradition. All are welcome.
