Description
West Antarctica features large mountains, and the recent geological study of this area is helping scientists understand the development of the continental crust as well as the Earth’s current arrangement of continents. Christine Siddoway, PhD, professor, geology, Colorado College, will tell listeners about discoveries she has been involved with during years of study on the southernmost continent.
