What We Do

The International Studies Program serves to introduce, encourage, facilitate, and bring
to fruition initiatives relating to international studies at Colorado College. Our students will gain knowledge about, empathy for, and understanding of peoples and cultures other than their own so that they may attain the wisdom that will govern their interactions and conversations in the global community.

-Marianna McJimsey

"As the world becomes more deeply connected, intercultural understanding becomes more and more important. Each of us is truly a citizen of the world, not just of our own country. Actively encouraging diversity and expanding students' global understanding is a valued part of the CC experience."

- President Richard Celeste
