On Thursday, April 5, we traveled by ferry to Sidney, BC and visited the Institute for Ocean Sciences. Our host was Dr. Peter Ross, a toxicologist whose specialty is lipid soluble pollutants (e.g. PCB's) in marine mammals, especially killer whales
