This Handout offers examples of some of the resources available on the WWW for locating graduate school information in psychology and neuroscience. These links will provide a good starting point for web exploration. Once you've identified preferred programs, most program or department web pages offer specific application guidelines, program information, and potential funding sources. The "official" GRE sites at the Educational Testing Service
These sites will provide you with links to information on the design of the tests, test dates, registration information (including an online registration service), practice test questions, frequently asked questions, and more.

From the main GRE page one can navigate to a GRE Test Takers page with links to the General Test and the Subject Test. The General Test page includes descriptions of the general test, computer-based testing and a download section with sample tests. The Subject Test page links to the Psychology subject test description and sample test booklet.
