Class Schedule

Texts: : W.A. Weber, Rocky Mountain Flora J.Carter, Trees and Shrubs of Colorado J.G. Harris and M.W. Harris, Plant Identification Terminology Other readings will be supplied. You will also need to have a field notebook and a 10X hand lens for the class (available at CC Bookstore)

Field Trips will leave usually at 8 am, sharp! Inside days we will start class at 9 am. Please note that the weather is always unpredictable here, especially in the fall. Dress for changeable conditions, and please stay flexible with respect to fieldwork.

Your grade will be based on the following approximate percentages:
Lab Test: 60% (40% is keying; 20% is sight id)
Writeup: 10%
Collection (including notebook): 30% (in pairs)
