Edith Gaylord Hall
Floor Plans

Large and small conference groups can be accommodated comfortably on our campus from June to early August. Three newly renovated residence halls with space for up to 600 conference participants in double and single rooms provide housing for groups of all sizes. A recent addition to our on-campus housing has been an apartment living complex which houses 100 guests and offers the convenience of individual sleeping areas with a central kitchen and living room.

Classroom Meeting Room Facilities
Meeting space is specifically designed for lectures, demonstrations, seminars and conversation. Meeting areas include small seminar and class rooms that can accommodate up to 25 people, halls for groups up to 100 and larger, and two auditorium facilities, one seating 250 and another seating 775.

Dining/Catering Facilities
The college’s main dining facilities are separate from meeting spaces, which permits extremely flexible scheduling. In addition, meals and coffee breaks can be catered and served in the classroom, as picnics on the lawn, or box lunches for groups that include field experiences in their programs.

Swimming PoolRecreational Facilities
Conference guests are welcome to use the excellent recreational facilities while on campus during specified hours. This includes El Pomar Sports Center, Honnen Ice Rink, Schlessman Natatorium Pool, Tutt Library, and the Worner Campus Center. These facilities are also available for private party rental.

Copy Center/Central Services
Central Services handles mail, printing, and copying services. The post office is located on the lower level of Worner Campus Center, where you may purchase stamps, parcel post, overnight mail, and UPS services. This post office is open 8 a.m.- 3:30 p.m. on weekdays.

The Central Services main office is located at 815 North Tejon Street and is the main offset printing and copy center. Printing and copying are available from 8 a.m.- 4:30 p.m. weekdays for conference guests.
