Registration
Registration for FunQuest 2008 is currently underway and registration operates on a first come, first served basis.  Summer camp registration cards were mailed out during the week of March 10. If parents wish to be on our mailing list, please email Chris Warfield, Director, with the following information: parents' name and mailing address, plus the child's name and age. (Families with children who have participated in FunQuest in the past remain on the mailing list). Children may enroll for any weeklong session, for the entire summer, or for any combination of weeklong sessions.  Note: There is a non-refundable $55 registration fee per child, due with the registration card.  The registration fee includes a camp t-shirt, to be worn by campers each Wednesday for field trips, and on any other days as they would like. Please note that emailing the FunQuest Director of your interest in the program does not reserve your child's slot for the summer program.  Parents who complete and return the registration card and include the $55 deposit/registration fee are then engaged in the official registration process.  The Director then works with this information to match your child with any available weeks on their age-appropriate team, and you will receive a confirmation and a more detailed registration & planning packet. At the present time we don't offer electronic registration. To be sent a registration card and packet, e-mail or call (389-6764) the Director with the name(s) and address(es) of your child(ren). To register, complete the registration card, enclose the registration fee, and return to the following: Colorado College Children's Center 931 N. Nevada Avenue Colorado Springs, CO 80903 Once your registration information is received, you will receive a confirmation, usually by telephone.  Registration usually opens in the late winter, and you should register promptly to ensure a slot for your child on the appropriate age-based team.  In the late spring, the camp handbook and a more detailed registration packet is sent to each camper's family (the registration packet includes a health and immunization form, a sunscreen form, a field trip permission form, opportunities to select optional ice skating and swimming lessons, etc.).
