Economics Major, Anthropology Minor
"I was hired as a summer intern by the U.S. Olympic Committee, and brought to London for the 2012 Summer Olympic Games. I was a team processing intern, and my duties included apparel distribution to the teams and staff. And I worked with ticketing and air travel after processing. I am currently home, in Hawaii, before moving to Hong Kong to start a position as a management trainee for Duty-Free Shoppers."

Key milestones since graduation?
"I was an intern with Campus Activities at CC, There and Back magazine, and Nordstrom. Each of those opportunities helped me with my current pursuits. I learned a lot from past internships, and I'm sure I can use the skills I have learned in my future jobs."
Future aspirations?
"I would like to work internationally for a couple of years before going to business school."
Benefits of the CC experience?
"The Block Plan definitely prepared me for the real world. I have the ability to work and adjust to new situations quickly. I have experienced the benefits in my job at the USOC. Many of the projects I worked on were time sensitive, so I felt like I was just in another block at CC."
