Shipping FAQ

What are my shipping options?
The shipping method used is determined by the state the wine is shipping to. Not all freight companies will deliver wine to every state, so we will generally use the most economical method for that particular state unless an expedited method is requested. Our main couriers are UPS, FedEx, DHL & RNS. You will be prompted to choose your available shipping option at the time of checkout.

Is Express Shipping available?
Yes. Express Shipping options include standard overnight or 2-day air. Most orders placed by noon ET will ship the next business day, except for custom label orders that require 3-5 days of in-house production time. Express shipping is not available for Saturday or Sunday deliveries.

Can wine be shipped to my state?
Currently, we can only ship to the following states: AK, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, HI, ID, IL, IN, IA, LA, MA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, NE, NV, NH, NJ, NM, NY, ND, OH, OR, SC, TX, VA, WA, WI, WV, & WY. Please Note: Some states have limitations on the quantity, as well as the type of wine shipped. If your state does not appear above and you are interested in ordering a significant quantity, please let our wine consultants know. We may be able to work through your local wholesaler or retailer channels to get the wine delivered. State laws regulating interstate wine shipments continue to change, so please check back often. If we cannot currently ship to your state, we will gladly keep you on our mailing list and inform you when your state becomes available.

Why do you recommend that the wine be shipped to a business address?

Due to the alcoholic content of our product, we require that there be an adult present at the time of delivery. We apply "Adult Signature Required" stickers on all our wine shipments to prevent minors from receiving our packages. UPS, FedEx, and DHL must receive an adult signature and ask for proof of legal drinking age before wine is released. UPS, FedEx, and DHL will not leave wine packages unattended, even if customer signs a release. Numerous delivery attempts may be required to deliver to residential addresses, thus our clients must waive our wine quality warranty for all residential deliveries.
