Members of the Alumni Association Board are alumni who have demonstrated their leadership skills in various volunteer capacities for the college such as alumni admission representatives, career volunteers, fundraisers, events volunteers (alumni club program) and reunion planners. They meet twice a year, at Homecoming in the fall and at the Alumni Leadership Forum in the spring. New members are elected by the Alumni Board to a four-year term (not to exceed three consecutive terms).

Two members of the Alumni Board sit on the College's Board of Trustees. The current president of the Alumni Board, Ray Petros '72 and the immediate past president, Barb Keener '67, are members of the Board of Trustees. There are three Alumni Trustees who are elected by the general alumni body. In the spring of every even year, all alumni receive a ballot to vote for a new Alumni Trustee. Our current elected Alumni Trustees are: Meg Mathies '57 (term 7/1/2004 - 6/30/2010), Jack Pottle '77 (term 7/1/2006 to 6/30/2012), and Amy Shackelford Louis '84 (term 7/1/2008 - 6/30/2014).
