Robert '61 and Joyce Archer '62 Selig
Bob and Joyce Selig have long and distinguished records of support for
Colorado College. They have generously given of their time and resources
to benefit the strength and growth of alumni, student and development
programs. In addition to his membership on the President's Council Leadership
Team (1994-present), Bob served two consecutive terms on the National
Alumni Council (1987-90 and 1991-94), serving as Chair of the Metro Committee,
and participating on the Nominations/Awards and Career Committees during
his tenure. He has been nominated and presented as an Alumni Trustee candidate
(1975) and is co-chair of the 35th Reunion Giving Leadership Committee.
Joyce has devoted her energies in the capacities of Vice President of
the CC Bay Area Alumni Chapter and as an Alumni Admissions Representative.
Together, the Seligs have worked in campaign development and reunion planning,
as well as hosting a variety of receptions, metro events and student activities.
Their longstanding participation in the Bay Area Alumni Club has helped
to ensure its consistency and success in benefiting local CC alumni.
Colorado College is privileged to recognize Bob and Joyce Selig with the
Worner Award for their incredibly diverse, positive and long-lasting commitment
to the College.
