“Anthropology of Food” course.

Professor Montano, chair of the anthropology department, co-chair
of the Spanish Department and director of American Cultural Studies,
will lead a discussion based on author Sasha Issenberg’s book,
“The Sushi Economy: Globalization and the Making of a Modern
Delicacy.”
Cost:
$15 per person and includes sushi and other refreshments.
