• Common Application for transfers (online or download)
• Common Application Supplement (online or download)
• $50 application fee or College Board fee waiver form
• College Official's Report and two instructor recommendations (download)
• Final high school transcript
• Official SAT (Scholastic Aptitude Test) or official ACT (American College Testing) results. CC's SAT code is 4072; the ACT code is 0498.
