Application Requirements
- Form 1 (online or download available soon)
- Common Application (online or download)
- Common Application supplement (online or download)
- Early Decision Agreement for ED I and ED II applicants only (download)
- $50 application fee or College Board fee waiver form. We now accept payments by credit card at Common Application online.
- Secondary School Report (download), counselor evaluation and official transcripts through the end of junior year
- First semester senior year grades, when available
- Two teacher recommendations (download)
- Official SAT (Scholastic Aptitude Test) or official ACT (American College Testing) results. CC's SAT code is 4072; the ACT code is 0498.
