Frank Herbert Loud

Colorado College's first mathematics professor, Frank Loud, was also an avid astronomer who developed many astronomy and meteorology programs at CC and in the Springs. The recently published article, "Advancing Astronomy on the American Frontier: The Career of Frank Herbert Loud" by Steve Ruskin gives the details of his fascinating career.
