ALYSSA ALDAZ

Alyssa is an editor at Fishbowl Films, a company that specializes in cutting trailers for major Hollywood films including, recently, Devil’s Due, Elysium, and the upcoming Hunger Games: Catching Fire.

Nick is an editor and camera operator for a small production company, Bell and Ammo, based in Santa Monica, CA.

Kirstie works in the publisher development group of BrightRoll, a technology/online media company, in San Francisco.

Ben bit the bullet and moved to Los Angeles to pursue a film career.

Giancarlo is a broadcast media associate at Adelstein Liston in Chicago, where he shoots, edits, and produces targeted TV, radio, and web commercials in support of progressive causes and politicians.

NATE CROCKER
English/Film Track ’07

Nate graduated from the American Film Institute with his MFA in Screenwriting in 2010. He raised more than $19,000 on Kickstarter to support a short film he wrote, “Incident(s) at Paradise Bay,” and he recently gained reprentation at the William Morris Agency.

DAVID DODSON
Biology/Film Minor ’09, Hollywood Class ’09

David lives in Portland, Oregon and recently completed the short documentary “Our Son Norman” at the Northwest Film Center.

Michael is a freelance filmmaker in San Francisco.

Matthew was accepted into the uber-competitive training program at the United Talent Agency in Los Angeles. He looks forward to repping your projects.

LINDSAY GILLETTE
English/Film Track ’06

Lindsay is a producer, researcher, and production manager for feature documentaries, reality television, and national commercials in Chicago.

ANDY GOLDSTEIN
Political Science/Film Studies Minor ’09, Hollywood Class ’09

Andy is in his final year of the USC MFA program in Interactive Media and Games. He is currently lead designer of a student game whose goal is to teach children with autism interact socially; another game he worked on, Max Axe, was just released on the Apple Store.

ZACH GULLA
English/Film Track ’12, Hollywood Class ’11

Zach works as a production assistant for the commercial production company Tool of North America. He lives in Santa Monica, CA.

DAKIN HENDERSON
Biology/Film Studies Minor ’08, Lewis Award ’08, Hollywood Class ’07

Dakin launched his feature documentary debut as director/producer, What Time is Left, with a world premiere at the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston. He is staff DP and editor at Vital Pictures in Boston, working on their project, American Birthright, about early childhood education.

DEMETRIA HUMPHRIES
Math/Film Studies Minor ’13, Hollywood Class ’12

Demetria is the inaugural Film and New Media Studies paraprofessional at Colorado College. Her short film, Ekphrasis, premiered at the Friday night gala of the Rocky Mountain Women’s Film Festival.

RYAN JAEGER
Economics/Film Studies Minor ’11, Hollywood Class ’10

Ryan works for Gurney Productions on "Duck Dynasty" as the Field Coordinator.  While he spends much of his time on the bayous of Monroe, LA, he still considers Los Angeles his home base and returns as often as possible.

Nikki is a film fellow at Fenton, a communications agency that uses the power of stories, media, and technology to make the world a better place, in New York City.

CHARLENE LEE

Charlene is a casting associate at Rachel Tenner Casting in Los Angeles. Among her upcoming projects are Horrible Bosses 2 and The Secret Life of Walter Mitty.

RYAN LOEFFLER
English/Film Track ’12, Hollywood Class ’10

Ryan is a camera operator, assistant editor, and researcher at Robert Kenner Films in Los Angeles, where he is working on a theatrical documentary for Participant Media. He also works as a freelance cinematographer, camera assistant, and editor.

ZACH LUNA
Hollywood Class ’12

Zach is now a bona fide member of the Screen Actors Guild in Los Angeles. He has had a number of guest starring and featured roles on TV shows ranging from Community to Raising Hope to Parks and Recreation. He recently wrapped his first starring role in an independent feature film, The David Whiting Story, as David Whiting.

MEREDITH MANTIK
English/Film Track ’11, Hollywood Class ’09, Lewis Award ’11, CC Film Fest Winner ’11

Meredith is teaching screenwriting at her alma mater, Idyllwild Arts Academy. In January ’14, she will move to London to pursue an Editing MA at the National Film and Television School. She is submitting her short film “Parallax” to festivals.

Arielle works for the CC Communications Office, creating video and other content for the college.

ALI MEYUNG

Ali is pursuing an M.Litt in Film Studies at the University of St. Andrews in Scotland.

MALCOLM MURRAY
History/Political Science ’06, Lewis Award ’04, CC Film Fest Winner ’04, ’05

Malcolm was featured in Filmmaker magazine for his first narrative feature, Bad Posture. His latest screenplay, Tokyo Cannonball Rising Sun, was selected for development by the Independent Feature Project. In 2010 he made his documentary feature debut with Camera, Camera, about tourism and travel in Laos, Southeast Asia. He lives in New York.

AARON PATTERSON
English/Film Track ’12, Lewis Award ’12

Aaron works in the Bay Area as Assistant Producer at Amazon, a commercial production agency. His thesis film, “…And Now Sofia,” premiered at the Santa Fe Film Festival and recently won third place in the Octavia Spencer Short Films Contest.

ERIC PHILLIPS
English/Film Track ’08, Hollywood Class ’07

Eric moved to Los Angeles after graduating from Boston University with his masters in Film and Television Production. He works as a production assistant for comedy shows on IFC and is pleasantly surprised how much he enjoys being on set.

RACHEL SAN LUIS
English/Film Track ’10, Hollywood Class ’08

Rachel is a filmmaker in Prague, Czech Republic, where she teaches photography and digital media at Riverside International School. A film she shot on 35 mm, “Robota,” premiered at the Short Film Corner of the 2013 Cannes Film Festival.

ED STEVENS
English/Film Track ’10, Hollywood Class ’09

Ed works in Los Angeles as a cinematographer, assistant camera, editor, and assistant editor. Recent credits include Levitated Mass, The Aerialist, Google Re/Brief, and the Internet sensation “Caine’s Arcade.” He just finished ACing on the latest Jessica Biel movie, and he recently married his dream girl.

NICK WELLIN
English/Film Track ’10, CC Film Fest Winner ’10, Hollywood Class ’09

Nick lives in Los Angeles. He is Production Secretary and Assistant to the Producer/UPM on a new FX show, the very mysterious Untitled Kelsey Grammer/Martin Lawrence Project. He is also working to develop his writing career.

SARAH WHITE
English/Film Track ’11, Hollywood Class ’10

Sarah lives in Boulder and is Communications Coordinator at Conservation Colorado, a local nonprofit. She travels around Colorado creating video content for them, and she runs their website and social media outreach.

JORDAN WILSON
English/Film Track ’13, Hollywood Class ’12, Film Fest Winner ’13

Jordan works as a PA for an independent feature film shooting in the Chicago area. He is also taking classes in improv and comedy writing at Second City.

DANIEL WRIGHT
Anthropology/Film Studies Minor ’13, Hollywood Class ’12, Film Fest Winner ’13

Daniel works for the Oceanic Preservation Society, the production company that made the Oscar-winning documentary The Cove, in Boulder. He spent the summer interning at Robert Kenner Films in Los Angeles.
