My book, Peckinpah’s Tragic Westerns—Days Closing Fast (co-authored with Robert Merrill) has been published in 2011 by McFarland and Co. Bob Merrill and I are currently finishing an essay on Mystic River: Clint Eastwood’s Only Tragedy (tentative title). It will be published this fall in the second volume of Clint Eastwood—Actor and Director (University of Utah Press), edited by Leonard Engel.
