David Mason
Professor
The big events in the coming year include teaching two blocks in Greece for the CC Mediterranean Semester program and coming back in time for the professional premiere of The Scarlet Letter at Opera Colorado in Denver in early May. My libretto for Lori Laitman's opera has now also been published in book form as The Scarlet Libretto. I'm doing a lot of new writing, both poetry and prose, collaborating with Lori on a Ludlow opera, and wondering if life will ever be less hectic.
