The Colorado College Mediterranean Semester

This is a language-based program taught in the Mediterranean region; specific locations change from year to year. Students will take two blocks of an intensive language (French, Arabic, Greek, or Italian depending on the year) in addition to two blocks, taught by CC faculty, in a variety of disciplines. The Spring 2012 Mediterranean Semester offers courses in environmental studies, biology/ecology, Mediterranean culture, history, and Francophone studies as well as French and Arabic languages. The Spring 2012 semester takes place in France, Morocco, and Jordan. The semester fulfills the CC language requirement.

Length of Program: Blocks 1–4, or 5–8, depending on the year.
Eligibility: Application and COI.
