Brain and Society: Explorations of the Individual and Society from a Brain Based Perspective
Block B: June 29 - July 17
1 CC unit (4 semester hours). Fulfills the Critical Perspectives: Scientific Investigations of the Natural World requirement at Colorado College. One natural sciences credit.

The purpose of this interdisciplinary course is to explore the multifaceted nature of the human brain, with the belief that increased knowledge of the brain inevitably enriches our understanding of ourselves, be it at a personal, social, or political level. No specialized scientific knowledge is assumed. Students from all disciplines are welcome.

Prerequisites: None. Enrollment is limited to 25 students. A non-refundable $100 course deposit is required in order to enroll in this course. The deposit will go toward your final tuition payment.
