Introduction to Drawing
Block B: June 29 - July 17
1 CC unit (4 semester hours). One humanities credit.

Classroom Assignment: Packard 131

We will explore formal and expressive possibilities of drawings with many different approaches and materials. Sources of imagery will include still life, the figure, interior and exterior spaces. Projects will be designed to develop the following: observational skills, increased understanding of formal visual language, technical confidence, personal expression, and the capacity to develop new projects.

Program fee (in addition to tuition): $50
Prerequisites:
None. Enrollment is limited to 12 students. A non-refundable $100 course deposit is requried to enroll in this course. The deposit will be credited to your final tuition payment.
