For M.A.T. and Graduate students you have two options in applying. However, if you are a returning M.A.T. you can pre-register. Our pre-registration form can be download in PDF format by clicking here.

If you are not a returning M.A.T. you can do one of the following:

1.Apply online! You can pay the application fee, course deposits and any program fees with a VISA or MasterCard, just follow the information after you submit your application.
**PLEASE NOTE that if you are applying for the Experienced Teacher M.A.T. Program you will need to fill out a different application. This application can be requested from the Summer Programs office, or by clicking here.

2. Download our Summer 2008 Application (This requires Adobe Acrobat Reader). **PLEASE NOTE that this is only for graduates seeking to take undergraduate and graduate courses. If you are interested in the Experienced Teacher M.A.T. Program, you will need to download a different PDF form by clicking here.

Fees
There is a nonrefundable $50 application fee. If you have taken courses with CC before, and have a CC ID, this fee is waived.

There is also a course deposit, depending on the number of credits you are taking. Our deposits are as follows:

$25 for .25 units         $50 for .50 units        $100 for 1.00-2.00 unit courses

We will not process your application until we have received your application fee and course deposits. Your tuition and program fees will be calculated upon enrollment in the course.      

Housing: You can download a housing application by clicking here. If you are taking ED 518 7710 or ED 513 1310, please fill out the "special dates" section and be very specific on the number of nights you need the room. The price of the room will be prorated according to the amount of time spent on campus.
