For M.A.T. and Graduate students you have two options in applying. However, if you are a returning M.A.T. you can pre-register. Click here to visit the returning M.A.T. page to download the necessary forms. If you are interested in applying to the Experienced Teacher M.A.T. Program, click here. If you are not a returning M.A.T., and are not interested in applying to the M.A.T. Experienced Teacher Program, you can do one of the following: 1.Apply online! We must receive your application fee, course deposit(s), and your social security number before we can process your application. You can pay the application fee, course deposits and any program fees with a VISA or MasterCard by calling our office at 719-389-6653. We will ask for your social security number at this time. Or you can mail two separate checks (one for the application fee, one for your deposit) made out to Colorado College, along with a separate sheet of paper that has your social security number on it, to the following address: **PLEASE NOTE that if you are applying for the Experienced Teacher M.A.T. Program you will need to fill out a different application. This application can be requested from the Summer Programs office, or by clicking here. 2. Download our Summer 2009 Application (This requires Adobe Acrobat Reader). **PLEASE NOTE that this is only for graduates seeking to take undergraduate and graduate courses. If you are interested in the Experienced Teacher M.A.T. Program, you will need to download a different PDF form by clicking here. Forget to submit your payment after applying online? Social Security Number: Colorado College requires a social security number to verify you as a student, enroll you in a course, and generate offical transcripts. We do not share this number with outside institutions, people, or parties (affiliated or unaffiliated). Click here to download our social security form that you can mail to our office. Or, to expediate your application process, call our direct line at (719) 389-6653. Fees There is also a course deposit, depending on the number of credits you are taking. Our deposits are as follows: $25 for .25 units $50 for .50 units $100 for 1.00-2.00 unit courses We will not process your application until we have received your application fee, course deposits, and a social security number. Your tuition and program fees will be calculated upon enrollment in the course. Housing: You can download a housing application by clicking here. If you are taking a course that does not fall over our regular block dates (A: June 8 - June 26, B: June 29 - July 17, or C: July 20 - August 7), please fill out the "special dates" section and be very specific on the number of nights you need the room. The price of the room will be prorated according to the amount of time spent on campus if you are staying for shorter than a one block period..
