Colorado College, an independent, highly-selective undergraduate liberal arts college, offers summer courses to graduate students and teachers who are interested in intellectual renewal, credits for salary increment increases, credit toward highly qualified teacher status, or a Master of Arts in Teaching. Colorado College is committed to excellence in teaching on all levels and offers two separate M.A.T. programs, one for those starting their career in teaching, called the "Fifth-Year M.A.T." in Elementary or Secondary Education and the "Experienced Teacher M.A.T." a program for practicing teachers.
