Agenda part first and zoo part second b/c it was difficult to pay attention on Saturday.

Mission Statement:
Implementation of mission statement: passes unanimously. 16-0

Moreale Carriage House:
Ad-hoc committee to discuss purpose of house

Rastall To-Go Containers:
Should students pay up front or the school get it started?

Hertz Car Sharing program:
Only 20 students are participating
Good idea, but pricing is too high [$30 more than it would normally cost]
For Freshman, b/c cannot rent a car under 25
Poorly advertised. Interest is there, but no advertising
Too few cars so makes people not want to rent
People are under the assumption that it is not for 18 year olds
**Extend the deadline to participate and advertise more?
Advertising on the tvs and dorms
Advertising was very confusing
College has financial obligation to Hertz Program
Problem is, no one is owning to the project!

Responsible for liaisons btn SGA and org

meeting times, etc.
In draft and will be sent to student concerns committee for edits

Jeff Cathey:
Is leaving us.
Appreciation for Jeff?- ideas? Shadow box w/ everything CC with messages from professors he
was closed with; fall to exec?
We will have a new advisor come December
We will be involved in the process of hiring the next dean.

Dinner with Dean Edmonds:
Becca will wait for people 5 minutes to 6.
