IV. 1 minute updates from Constitution, Finance (w/numbers distributed), Student Concerns and Committee on Committees
- Marie: flash-all will be sent about chartering/application process
- Angela: contacting student reps on all-college committees to check in on them
- Finance: met about Green & Bluegrass Festival gave them 1,300; gave 3,000 to campus activities for Halloween party; CC Club Hockey didn’t show up

V. Car Sharing Committee update (Logan)
a. Coordination with college, Hertz and Campus Activities
b. Marketing strategy
- Logan: focusing on advertising and giving organization/facilitating communication. Tabling at homecoming, flyers in “CC”-language

a. Thank you for all your input and help on writing and editing

- Anna: letter was good
- Logan: friends deleted it
- Emily: maybe next time have office hours listed in initial letter
- David: we get 2 listserves per block. This block: one for letter, one for chartering/ recognition awareness. If you want something on a flash all, bring it to exec/full council awareness

VIII. Student Organization Liaisons
- 46 fall chartered groups…divided among committees. Must make contact/be support for your assigned groups.
- Samantha: what questions can they ask of us?
- David: distribute how-to’s to everyone. You’re there to help direct the question to the person with the answer.
New Business
IX. SGA binders
a. Committees tab, Constitution, agendas
- David: To be distributed. May need help putting binders together. What else would be useful to have in the binder?
- Emily: cheat sheet for Robert’s Rules, forms

X. Note taking for Full Council meetings
a. No Office Manager; Website Manager instead for money and priorities
b. Everyone needs to sign up for a Full Council meeting to take notesi. Take volunteers for rest of block, and following block.

- David: Jeff Cathey transitioning, we’ll announce interim info when we know it
- Lauren: October 14th 3:30-7:30 pm…jean sale to benefit Theta charities
- Anna: office of sustainability offering option to offset carbon emissions with donations for homecoming weekend. Will be tables in Worner on Friday 206
and Saturday 10-3.- Tara: American Energy Coalition…retrofitting project for off-campus houses. Free assessment of house…try to find way to offset cost.
- David: Homecoming this weekend. Dance on Saturday.
Morreale Carriage House:
- Angela: space for student groups to use; SGA manages it. We need to decide what we want to do and how we want it to be used. Currently, student bands use it. Issues on how bands can get in. What do we want our mission to be? Just okay for
bands? Need to clarify this.

- Connie: didn’t meet with any groups, update on how much is left in our account
- reminder: psychedelic bowling next week and poetry slam
- Marie: most of the student groups have turned in there charters to be recognized
- 3 new student groups
- one is awareness for eating disorders
V. Hertz program (logan)
- got more members, have put up more brochures in every building, meeting to discuss more stuff
- free through Dec 30th, make a facebook event
- we have 52, need 60 to break even

VI. Chartering and Recognition Process
-online applications have a great idea, however, student groups had trouble sending in their applications, fixed the problem and then we did get a lot more online forms
-second problem was that students sending in their forms after the deadlines
-How could we help?

Rochelle Mason is going to be the interim Associate Dean
-two guys Adam Crest and Garret ? who graduated two years ago are coming in to help as well, working together with others to manage campus activities until there is a replacement installed

a. Dance workshop is teaching thriller, mentalist, midnight breakfast on Friday
b. (Stephanie) Saturday: video dance party, DJ, Shove is hosting movie night, free pizza all night, schedule is on posters
c. (Connie) How did the ‘LiveSounds’ haunted house work out?i. Livesounds is not recognized, it is their fundraiser
d. Thursday: Flash-all about the police being on campus, campus safety on Halloween
XI. Board of Trustees meeting
a. Wanted a young alum, a person who had just graduated be able to represent the student body on the Board of Trustees, they compromised, and the student body president will be an ex-officio and get to sit in on the meetings
