  2. Press O (ORDERING and receiving subsystem)
  3. Press A (ADDITIONAL ordering and receiving functions)
  4. Press P (PROCESS data from book/serial vendors)
  5. Press S (Receive invoice data from SERIAL vendor)
  6. Press E (Get a Serial invoice file via fts from EBSCO)
  7. Type the number corresponding to FTP.EBSCO.COM
  8. Type the username and password supplied by EBSCO
  9. Type the file name supplied by EBSCO
  10. Press C (CONTINUE)
  11. Press C (CHECK invoices received)
  12. Press E (EBSCO and other vendors)
  13. Type the number corresponding to the newly transferred invoice
  14. The following screen with similar information will be displayed:
