Work Outline

It is anticipated that the Long Range Development Plan (LRDP) will be prepared as an update to the 1995 Colorado College Campus Master Plan and will consist of eight major tasks:
  1. Project Initiation
2. Data Gathering and Analysis
3. Vision Formulation
4. Campus Development Scenarios
5. Precinct Plans & Technical Studies
6. Draft LRDP Document
7. Final LRDP Document
8. Minor Amendment to the Master Plan
9. Policies and Procedures for Updating the LRDP
Landscape Design
 

The new Long Range Development Plan will emerge as a living work product created by the College through the leadership, guidance and "hands-on" involvement of the LRDP Executive Steering Committee (ESC), Working Committee (WC), StudioINSITE LLC (SI) and its subconsulting team.
