Additional Resources
In addition to our office, other resources exist to help students plan for study abroad. They include:
- Faculty advisors: Many faculty members have direct experience with certain study abroad programs or have conducted their own research abroad. In addition, all approved study abroad programs have a faculty advisor at CC who can provide more information about the program and assist students throughout the application process.
- Returned students/student evaluations: Visit our office for a list of students who have recently studied abroad or take a look at student program evaluations.
- International students: International students at Colorado College come from dozens of countries throughout the world and can often serve as valuable resources.
- Tutt library: Check out the library’s collection of travel and culture guides, foreign newspapers, international films, and books on culture shock, financing study abroad and more.
- Online resources: Some of the best study abroad websites, where you will find general information about study abroad, as well as links to specific programs, include www.iiepassport.org, www.goabroad.com and www.transitionsabroad.com.
