What is Annual Giving?
Annual giving directly supports Colorado College's unique intellectual adventure. Tuition comprises only 60 percent of the cost of this education. The remaining 40 percent comes from endowment income and gifts -- including gifts from you. All students, whether or not they receive financial aid, benefit from annual gifts from alumni and parents. Annual giving directly supports teaching, learning and discovery at Colorado College. Your gift goes where the need is greatest. That means your gift can: • help a qualified student attend CC through financial aid, • support a language lab, • help equip an athletic team or intramural programs, • provide field trip transportation for students, • or buy library and art books. Annual giving supports the mission of the college by introducing alumni, parents, friends, faculty and staff to the importance of giving annually to enhance programs and assist in the daily operation of the college.
