Hours of Operation

Monday through Friday 7:45 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Children attend daily Monday through Friday

Late fees: Parents are assigned door codes when their child(ren) is/are enrolled. These parent codes only operate during the times when the Children’s Center is open. The late fee charges are as follows:

$5.00 from 5:31 to 5:35 pm
$10.00 from 5:36 to 5:40 pm
$15.00 from 5:41 to 5:45 pm
$20.00 from 5:46 to 5:50 pm
$25.00 from 5:51 to 5:55pm
$30.00 from 5:56 to 6:00 pm

At 6:00 pm if your child has still not been picked up, Staff will call Campus Security and begin following subsequent Emergency procedures. Appropriate reimbursement should be paid to the staff person in charge of the child at time of pickup. The money is due in cash or check form at the time of pickup. If the parent does not pay the late fee within an appropriate time frame, the fee will be charged on the next billing cycle.

Absences or Tardiness: 

Please notify Children’s Center Staff by 9am each day if your child will be absent or late.  In the event your child’s class has an excursion/field trip that requires them to be out of the Center, your child may be placed in the care of another classroom if teacher/child ratios permit until your child’s class returns.
