Jon Conant and wife, Karen DeMattio, live in Folly Beach, S.C., where they own Everlution Forms. • Rachel Garton lives in Denver, where she is doing a general surgery residency. • Brenda Harris is a human resources specialist in the 91st Division (Army) in Dublin, Calif. • Rachel Meeker and Brett Miller were married Aug. 16, 2003, in Denver. Alumni in attendance were Jill Archer ’98, Joanne Svenningsen ’99, Paul Kazemersky, Anne Moore, Clara Paynter, and Niki Jensen ’01. • Tyler Mintkeski is a student at Oregon State University in Portland, Ore. • Scotland’s best literary journal, The Dark Horse, published one of Jon Mooallem’s poems in their spring issue. • Alex Morgan is the conservation director for Seattle Audubon, in Seattle, Wash. • Joshua Nardie builds straw bale houses and reports that he is becoming certified as a green builder. He is a foreman with Paradigm Builders in Petaluma, Calif. • Stephanie Presenza teaches 9-12 year olds at Chenal Valley Montessori School in Little Rock, Ark., where she lives with her husband, Rhett Mays. • Stephanie Shaw lives in New York, where she is pursuing music as a freelance singer and songwriter. • After three years working to ‘Keep Tahoe Blue,’ Dan Sussman is taking a leave from work to split a summer between Lake Tahoe (Calif.) and Lake Baikal, Siberia, as a student in the Tahoe Baikal Institute. • Luke West Terra is the assistant director of the Center for Community Service at CC. • Lucy London Williams lives in Crested Butte, Colo., with her husband, Jeremey.

Alumni in attendance were Ewen Callaway, Fred Federer, Joe Hansen, Luc Hibbs, Mitch Slevc, Grant Keiner ’02, and Alexis Roberts ’02. • This fall, Amy Carman begins a graduate program in public policy at the University of Denver. She reports that her dogs, Jido and Grendel, are permanent students at the Blue Springs and Katy Did Obedience Training Center in Denver. • Jorge Cedron is an attorney with Sullivan & Cromwell in New York City. • Molly Coughlin is pursuing a career in music in Nashville, Tenn., under the name Molly Magdalain. • Hank Gray is a shooter with the U.S. Army Marksmanship Unit, based at Fort Benning, Ga. • Carolyn Hodges is pursuing a master’s degree in general/experimental psychology at the College of William and Mary in Virginia. • Kate Holloway is a junior designer with Nickelodeon in New York. • Megan Neal Howard (MAT) teaches at Springs Ranch Elementary School in Colorado Springs. • Tracy Howe was on campus in March with her group, “Tracy Howe and the Restoration Project” for a concert in Shove Chapel. Her music is described as a combination of aggressive acoustic, jazz, woman rock, and Andean folk music. • Darcie Hutchison is pursuing a Ph.D. in classical studies at Boston University. • Jaime Kopke is an exhibit coordinator and designer at the University of Texas in Austin. • Emily Nelson and Dominic Bort were married Feb. 28 in Blaine, Wash. Alumnae in attendance were Nina Cella, Elaine Gordon, Mary Hickey, Sara Hill, and Ashley Schorger. • Lesley Siegel Rosenthal and husband, Scott ’00, live in Seattle, Wash., where Lesley is a special education teacher with Seattle Public Schools and Scott is a film editor. • Thomas Staevski and Rebecca Carroll ’03 were married Dec. 13, in Woodland Hills, Calif. Alumni in attendance were Fernando Regueiro ’00, Dakota Prosch ’00, and Molly Shea ’02. • Heather Stites qualified for the 2004 Boston Marathon which she competed in on April 19. She will race in the Pikes Peak Marathon in August and possibly the Chicago Marathon in the fall.

is a researcher with the National Institute of Mental Health in Bethesda, Md. • Rachel Duncan lives in Denver, where she sings with the rock group, Ray Ray & the Sun Gods. In the fall she will begin a master’s program at the graduate school of public affairs at the University of Colorado-Denver. • Chris Herbert works in the content management department at Paychex, Inc., in Rochester, N.Y. • MaryRuth Jurado lives in Washington, D.C., where she is an elementary school teacher. • Menelek Lumumba is pursuing a master’s degree in fine arts at Howard University’s film school. • George Perkins is a graduate student in the department of earth and planetary sciences at the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque. • Shadron Sellman works for The Broe Companies, Inc., in Denver.

As of June, Laura Goodman is in Mongolia, where she is teaching English for 27 months with the Peace Corps. • Bethany Lord is teaching English to Cambodian teenagers in a bible school and children’s orphanage in Sihanoukville, Cambodia. • Teran Martin is a research assistant with the board of governors of the Federal Reserve System in Washington, D.C. He is also pursuing a master’s degree in applied economics at Johns Hopkins University. • Cora Mattie is a physical therapy technician with In Motion Physical Therapy in Colorado Springs. • Joss McKinnon is pursuing a Ph.D. at the University of Montana in Missoula. He also received a fellowship from the Inland Northwest Research Alliance. • Quana Rochelle is earning a master’s degree in childhood education at New York University. • The winter issue of the Hudson Review contained two poems written by Ethan Stebbins. The spring issue of Scotland’s best literary journal, The Dark Horse, also published two of his poems. • Chessie Thacher is an assistant project manager and research officer for the Yellowstone Park Foundation in Bozeman, Mont.
