A word from President Celeste Vision 2010: Action Agenda

The Block Plan: 35 Years Colorado College 2003-04: A Year in Review

  Vision 2010

Like an aspen tree, which grows from a large network of interconnected roots that span mountain ranges and produce new trees for over a thousand years, we are all linked together by our CC education and experience.

A strong Colorado College is made of many things – gifted faculty, engaged students, the Block Plan, a beautiful campus. It is also made up of its alumni and friends, whose accomplishments and involvement continue to define us. This is the essence of Colorado College: Vision 2010; to have the most effective faculty, the strongest students, the best campus, and the most engaged extended community possible.

Like an aspen tree, which grows from a large network of interconnected roots that span mountain ranges and produce new trees for over a thousand years, we are all linked together by our CC
education and experience.

A concentration of students, faculty, and staff make up Colorado College’s campus community, but our roots run deep and date back more than 130 years. The college has depended upon the support of the CC community – students, alumni, parents, faculty and staff, and friends – since its founding in 1874. Now, your support is needed to sustain and allow the college to grow and become more brilliant than ever.

We are committed to providing the finest liberal arts education, increasing financial aid, which allows students to become and remain members of the community; cultivating the resources and support for a strong faculty and student body; and developing a place to sustain the quality of life and education that makes the Colorado College experience memorable and exceptional.

Aspens

The sustained support of the entire CC community is needed to make this vision a reality. Annual Fund support and membership in the new 1874 Society preserve the present. The President’s Circle and other levels of leadership giving allow us to go above and beyond.

Contribute. Act. Renew your ties to your CC community. Invest and imagine with us Colorado College in 2010.
