This exhibition celebrates the vision of former CC Art Professor Jim
Trissel
and the amazing work of those associated with the Press.
This touring exhibition, curated by Betty Bright, commemorates
The Press at Colorado College's 20th Anniversary.
Colorado College Alumni, Parents and Friends are
invited to a private panel discussion regarding the exhibit featuring:
Ben Trissel '89: Worked at the Press at Colorado College
from its inception
in 1977 through 1990. He now works for Adobe Systems as a Quality Engineer
and Workflow Specialist on InDesign, the Industry Standard software
tool for
page layout and document design. His work at The Press was fundamental
to his understanding of design and the publishing industry.
Jim Moore: a St. Paul poet and author of "Lightning
at Dinner" has published on The Press.
Stuart Klipper: an internationally recognized photographer
whose work is in the
collections of major museums throughout the world has printed on The
Press
