FUNGHI FEAST (vegetarian)
Come and join us for a mushroom feast. We'll start with a Bruschetta
dei Funghi (Brown button, Shitake & King Trumpets sautéed
and finished with Champagne vinegar & fresh tarragon) and we'll
follow up with a Pasta al Boscaiolo (Assorted Crimini & baby
mushrooms sautéed with olive oil and garlic and slow-cooked
in a sauce of hand-crushed San Marzano tomatoes and finished with
fresh mint & hot pepper).
