Directions:
Take I-15 to Rancho Bernardo and exit at Bernardo Center
Drive. Travel North about 2 blocks to Lomica Drive (Carls's
Jr. on the corner). Turn right on Lomica Drive. Continue
1/2 block to turn left and enter parking lot that fronts
the US Post Office. Please park in that lot, and go down
walkway and the short stairs into Plaza. Shien of
Osaka is on the right.
