Professors Marcia Dobson and Carol Neel
Professor David Mason '78 is a distinguished
poet, alumnus and teacher who coordinates operations for The Press at
Colorado College. He will read his own work, "The Bay of Writing"
during the brunch.
A panel of professors and former students discuss the nuts and bolts
of the letterpress printing program at Colorado College. Classicist
Marcia Dobson and historian Carol Neel
talk about their uses of The Press to teach their respective disciplines.
Former "press monkeys" recall their experiences with the messy,
exacting, and rewarding process of fine arts printing.
