CC In Focus Professor Emily Chan Emily Chan joined the Psychology Department at Colorado College as Assistant Professor in 2004. A graduate of Princeton University, with her Ph.D. from the University of Michigan, Emily teaches courses in social psychology and research design. Her own research is in the areas of interpersonal perception and self-presentation; prejudice and stereotyping; conflict and negotiation, judgment and decision making; evolutionary psychology; and cross-cultural social psychology. On May 21, Dr. Chan will be in Hong Kong visiting family and has made time to join alumni, parents and friends of the college to talk informally about her experience teaching today's CC students. |
