Application Requirements

• Common Application (online or download)
• Common Application Supplement (online or download)
• $50 application fee payable in U.S. currency or fee waiver request (within Form 1).
• Secondary School Report (download) and official transcripts from any secondary school, middle school, university or professional school attended. 'A' and GCSE/'O' level examination results or International Baccalaureate results should be included if applicable.
• Two teacher evaluations (download)
• Official SAT (Scholastic Aptitude Test) or official ACT (American College Testing) results. CC's SAT code is 4072; the ACT code is 0498. Students from the People's Republic of China may subsititute the GRE in place of the SAT requirement.
• Official TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language), official APIEL, or official SAT ELPT (English Language Proficiency Test) results, if your first language is not English. A minimum of 550 paper-based is required on the TOEFL, and a score above 600 is strongly preferred. A minimum of 5 is required on the APIEL. Copies of test results are accepted if certified and mailed by your school.
