This report includes data on the following:

  • The average completion or graduation rate for the four most recent completing or graduating classes of students who received athletically related aid by race and sex for students participating in basketball, football, baseball, cross country/track, and all other sports combined;
  • Six-year completion or graduation rate for students who received athletically related aid by race and sex for students participating in basketball, football, baseball, cross country/track, and all other sports combined
  • Total number of students by race and sex who attended the institution in the prior year
  • Completion or graduation rate for all students by race and sex
  • The average completion or graduation rate for the four most recent completing or graduating classes of students by race and sex

The report must also be sent to the Department of Education.

Institutions with intercollegiate athletic programs must also make information available including data on operating expenses, revenues generated, expenses attributable to intercollegiate team activities, average institutional coach salaries and athletically-related aid awarded. These data are contained in the Equity in Athletics Disclosure Act (EADA) report. Data collected in this report can be accessed here through the Equity in Athletics Data Cutting Tool.
